Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item for any reason, we’re here to help.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. You can choose from:
✔ A refund to your original payment method
✔ Store credit for future purchases
✔ An exchange for a different product


Return Guidelines

To qualify for a return, please ensure:

  • The item is unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging

  • All tags, manuals, and labels are still included

  • The item is not a final sale or discounted item

We reserve the right to refuse returns or apply additional fees if items are not in new condition, missing parts, or returned outside the 30-day window.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us – Email us at sails@doylegulfcoast.com to request a return

  2. Get Your Label – We can provide a prepaid UPS return label (cost will be deducted from your refund)

  3. Ship It Back – Send the item back using the provided label

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping

  • If we provide a return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund

  • A 3% restocking fee applies

  • No international return labels will be provided


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or special order items

  • Cut line, wire, rope, or any product customized to length

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Final sale or discounted items


Damages & Warranty

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Most products are covered by manufacturer warranties. For warranty support, please contact the manufacturer directly or reach out to us at sails@doylegulfcoast.com.

Freight shipments must be reported within 5 days of delivery.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Original credit card processing fees are non-refundable

West Florida Sails reserves the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of abusing this policy.
