He combines years of on-water experience with technical expertise, ensuring that every client receives the highest quality sails tailored to their needs. Josh’s hands-on approach and commitment to craftsmanship are evident in each project, making Doyle Sails Gulf Coast a trusted name for sailors of all kinds.
  • Lon Ethington – As our lead sailmaker, Lon brings exceptional skill to every project, ensuring every stitch and seam is crafted with precision. With a hands-on approach, he specializes in repairs and custom detailing, creating sails that match clients' specific needs and visions.
  • Taylor Denny – Taylor, our sail loft crew member, ensures that our clients receive seamless, personalized service from first consultation to post-sale support. His dedication to helping clients achieve their best sailing experience makes him a vital part of our team.
  • Grommet – Grommet, our lovable golden retriever and official morale booster, keeps spirits high around the sail loft. When he’s not busy "inspecting" fabric piles or greeting customers with a wagging tail, he’s probably napping in the sun or hoping someone will throw him a line (or a snack). Grommet reminds us that every day on the water should be filled with joy—and maybe a little sand between the toes!
